1. Who We Are

We are Emu Farms, an agricultural business involved in livestock farming (including pigs) and cash crop production such as plantain, cassava, and pineapple.

We supply farm produce and livestock locally and, where applicable, internationally.

2. Product Disclaimer

All products from Emu Farms are natural and produced through standard farming practices. By purchasing from us, you understand that:

  • Livestock and crops are natural products and may vary in size, weight, colour, and quality.
  • Farming outcomes cannot be guaranteed (including growth rate, reproduction, or crop yield).
  • All products are sold "as is" at the point of sale.

3. Buyer Responsibility

Once products leave Emu Farms:

  • The buyer is fully responsible for handling, transport, feeding, storage, and care of livestock and produce.
  • The buyer must comply with all local agricultural, veterinary, and import/export laws.
  • We are not responsible for losses or damages after collection or delivery.

4. Health & Quality Notice

We maintain healthy livestock and quality crops using standard farming practices. However:

  • Buyers are advised to inspect goods at collection or delivery.
  • Veterinary or agricultural advice should be sought where necessary.
  • Emu Farms is not liable for any issues after products leave our farm.

5. GDPR & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where relevant.

We collect personal data only for:

  • Order processing.
  • Communication and customer support.
  • Delivery and farm operations.

6. Orders, Payments & Refunds

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Cancellations for pre-orders must be made at least 7 working days before collection or delivery to be considered.
  • No refunds are issued after this period or after goods are collected/delivered.

7. Delivery & Collection

  • Risk transfers to the buyer immediately upon collection or delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for safe transport arrangements.
  • Emu Farms is not liable for damages after dispatch.

8. Acceptance of Terms
